These terms govern the delivery of web engineering, high-converting landing pages, paid media management (Google Ads & Meta Ads), and cloud hosting solutions provided by EixoAds.
01 Web Engineering Scope & Delivery SLAs
Delivery milestones commence upon receipt of full commercial briefing and digital assets. For High-Speed Landing Pages, delivery is scheduled within 48 business hours. Multi-page portals and e-commerce platforms typically deploy in 5 to 12 business days.
02 Paid Advertising & Growth Management
Acquisition consulting encompasses commercial strategy, server-side tracking setup (CAPI/GTM), and daily bid optimization across Google Ads and Meta Ads. Ad spend is settled directly by the client with the ad networks. EixoAds applies disciplined growth engineering to maximize ROAS.
03 Full Asset Ownership & Zero Vendor Lock-in
Upon full settlement of agreed engineering fees, all custom codebase files, domains, and advertising accounts remain 100% the intellectual and commercial property of the client, without retention fees or artificial lock-ins.
